For retail-linked accounts, funds remain with your chosen custodian (e.g., Fidelity, Schwab). For institutional 'Prime' strategies, capital provisioning occurs via segregated high-velocity wallets subject to T+0 liquidity rules.
We utilize a performance-only fee structure (High-Water Mark). We do not charge '2-and-20' management fees or take a percentage of static AUM. Fees are strictly contingent on realized alpha generation.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PLUGSIC AI OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM SYSTEMIC MARKET VOLATILITY, API FAILURES, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO THIRD-PARTY BROKERAGE CREDENTIALS. THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY THE USER IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT.
